Excellencia Infinitum School has arrived to not just be a centre for academic excellence, but also fosters students’ diverse interests through its range of clubs and societies. This will open up several vistas of the future for them, giving them the opportunity to discover their passion and pursue them with interest.

Excellencia Clubs

The school has clubs that provide ample time in the academic schedule, as they are dedicated to enhance the total personality of a student. The emphasis is much on allowing students to be creative, generate ideas and instil the drive to become successful learners.

Yoga

Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” – Aristotle

Since education is one of our first priorities when we think of ways of improving our society, how do we decide what is the best thing and the best way to teach it. Up till now most of the education system concentrated on imparting professional skills and developing the intellectual side of our nature. However, there remains a big deficiency in education which is directed at making us better human beings. This has been left for parents, religious institutions to take care of, but given the state of society today, there is still room for improvement.

It Enhances Physical Flexibility, Refines Balance and Coordination, Develops Focus and Concentration, Boosts Self-Esteem and Confidence, Strengthens the Mind-Body Connection. Our children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, incessant lessons, video games, malls, and competitive sports. We usually don’t think of these influences as stressful for our kids, but often they are. The bustling pace of our children’s lives can have a profound effect on their innate joy—and usually not for the better. Yoga can help counter these pressures. When children learn techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment, they can navigate life’s challenges with a little more ease. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that’s noncompetitive.

Sports

All work and no Play makes Jack a Dull boy”. It has been forgotten that academic learning and sports education complement each other. They resemble the two sides of the same coin. If sports education is carried out accompanied with the academic curriculum, the overall personality of the student is increased to quite an extent. The qualities of the leadership, sharing, team spirit and tolerance are learnt from sports.

Sports education not only teaches the students to maintain the physical stamina, but also the habit of obedience, discipline, the determination to win, willpower, etc. The power of reasoning, mental development, vocational specialisation comes from the academic education of the students. Therefore, sports education along with the academics result in the all-round development of the students.

Now-a-days the system of education makes the students stress more on their mental development and completely rejects the physical activities. The overall outcome of this is that the developing groups of graduates and professionals have weak bodies and poor physique.

Thus our curriculum includes sports, games and physical health education for the all-round development of our dear students. We have 6.5 acres of land allotted to groom our students during and after school for state and national level.

ART

Art is the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power. The arts play a big role in how students see and interact with others and the world in general. Art helps emotionally, financially, psychologically, and even helps to shape individual and collective personality within. There are so many reasons why art is important in the world, today and always. All form of art can affect our mood in a positive way, making us feel happier, calmer, or even inspired to do something.

Drawing plays a big role in our cognitive development. It can help us learn to write and think creatively, develop hand-eye co-ordination, hone analytic skills, and conceptualize ideas. But drawing is rarely used as a tool for learning in schools. The arts are extremely significant to education. The beauty of teaching the arts to students is that it aids in developing creative people who think independently self-expressive people with imaginative and innovative thinking.

Drawing and painting are two very beneficial activities. They help develop fine motor skills, writing, reading, creativity, and boost self-esteem, among other things. Not only is that, but drawing and painting excellent ways for children to express their feelings and emotions. Excellencia Infinitum School takes the initiative to not only care the students physically but also mentally.

Children need to express and communicate their ideas and to be given the opportunity to make creative decisions, even at a young age. This decision making promotes self-esteem and independent thinking for children.

Dance also enables students to better understand themselves and the world in which they live. Through the arts, teachers can often teach children to recognize the contribution of all cultures to the fabric of our society and increase the understanding of diversity and values of all people. Dance lends itself well to this task through learning traditional dances and creating new ones based on children’s ideas. Dance also enhances skills of perception, observation, and concentration which will undoubtedly help students in all of their school subjects.

Dancing bolsters physical and mental health by helping to prevent falls, improve posture and flexibility, lift mood and ease anxiety. It’s also a fun activity that sharpens the mind, increases aerobic power and strength, builds social bonds, and can reduce pain and stiffness.

Dance allows people to be more active, socialize and develop creative and physical skills. … Dancing also develops skills that can translate to many non-dance career paths. The confidence gained through achievements in dance builds social skills, increases self-esteem and the ability to communicate well in a group.
