Hostel life is a total rollercoaster experience that pushes you out of your comfort zone and straps you on a memorable joyride of your life. Hostel life teaches many lessons – self-dependence, self-reliance, time management & and many more. These hostel life learnings can help our students live and thrive in any setting, in any part of the world!

Rooms:

Well-ventilated rooms with attached washrooms and toilets, cupboards and A/C facility.

Water Coolers With Water Purifier:

This ensures clean drinking water supply.

Cafeteria:

The college cafeteria and mess serve nourishing wholesome snacks and drinks in the most hygienic conditions under the supervision of well-trained staff who ensure the planning and catering of food and nutritional requirements of the students, duly scheduled during college hours.

Food Stalls/tuck Shops:

We also facilitate food stalls/tuck shops to facilitate for daily requirements and needs.

Wi-Fi:

Hostel Wardens& Caretakers:

They ensure compliance of code-of-conduct and facilitate the hostel services to students.

Health Hygiene & Safety

The entire campus is under CCTV surveillance with considerable backup.
A dedicated house-keeping team ensures hygiene and cleanliness of the college building, including study area, dining and washrooms. Our hostels offer laundry facilities.
Medical emergencies during college hours will be essentially handled, with due communications initiated with parents and will also facilitate commute and coordination with the nearest known and established hospital authorities.

Student Involvement

For operational convenience Mess menu Committee, Hostel Maintenance & Cleanliness, Committee, Hostel Sports Committee, Hostel Discipline Committee and Hostel Media/News-paper/Magazine committee are formed. Working through these responsible bodies, the students themselves lay down appropriate norms of behaviour to suit different situations and social occasions in the hostels.

School Assembly

Assemblies are a great place to meet and greet all. It is also a place where students get a chance to hone his/her public speaking skills. Assemblies are special occasions at Excellencia which are mostly theme-based thus making it interesting and informative.

Availability Of Child Psychologist

Borrowing some ideas from psychology can help forge strong relationships with high school students, improve their academic performance, and promote a sense of belonging. We are the first ones to have full time Child Psychologists to counsel Students, Parents & Teachers. These sessions are proved useful in handling Peer Pressure, distraction etc…

In-House Mentor Support For Evening Preps

Evening Study hours or Student self-learning time as it is known is a structured time where students are made to do self-learning under teacher supervision. This time is extremely important as students utilize it to catch up with the day’s learnings and complete homework.
