Our pupils experience different culinary flavors. Our spirited catering staff constantly introduce new and interesting menus-always using locally sourced organic farm products and healthy ingredients. On wekends, we honor boarders choice of food. Food served in the mess is typically prepared in a large quantity to accommodate the needs of a large number of students. The common menu options may include dishes such as curries, rice, noodles, regional Indian cuisines, sandwiches, soups, and salads. Food is served in a cafeteria-style setting, where students can choose from a variety of dishes that are available for the day. This arrangement provides a social setting for students to interact with their peers and to build community.
