On January 27th, Excellencia students planned to recognize the efforts of the support staff by organizing an event to Thank each one of them that work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the smooth functioning of the institution. The entire event was executed with the amount collected from the tuck shop sales which was a CSR activity. Apart from instilling an attitude of gratitude, this event also encourages empathy and understanding among students.
The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Director Venkat Muriki sir, Eswaran sir, Ramesh sir, Jayraj sir, and Principal Neeraja ma’am.
Director Venkat Muriki sir initiated the ceremony with a few poignant words highlighting the importance of gratitude and acknowledging the invaluable contributions of each department within Excellencia School. He emphasized how the collective efforts of the transport, mess, security, housekeeping, and gardening departments play a vital role in maintaining the school’s infrastructure, cleanliness, and overall organization.
Throughout the event, heartfelt appreciation was extended to all individuals within these departments, recognizing their dedication and hard work. Children and management alike participated in showcasing their gratitude by presenting gifts as tokens of appreciation to the staff members. The icing on the cake was to serve the lunch by the students to all the people of different departments.
